At Shiv Pal Springs, we design and manufacture Tension (Extension) Springs that deliver consistent force, durability, and precision. Built to resist stretching and return to their original length, these springs are widely used in applications requiring pulling force or controlled resistance.
We manufacturing Cold coiled Extension Springs made from wires and Bars ofup to 20mm diameter.
Whenever an Extension is pulled from its hooks or ends, it exerts a reverse force and tries to Keep the spring in original position.
Production Range: 00.20mm to 20.00mm Wires and Bars Diameters.
Materials Used :
1. As per IS 4454 Spring Steel Wire Grades 1, 2, 3.
As per IS 4454 ( Part II ) & ( Part III )
Oil Hardened and Tempered Spring Steel Wire Grades – FDSiCr ( 2D ).
As per IS 4454 ( Part IV ) Stainless Steel Wire Grades – 302 & 304.
Phosphor Bronze, Spring Brass, Copper base Wires.
Surface finishing : Black Oxidation, Nickel-Chromium Plating, Electro Zinc Plating,
Phosphating, Powder Coating, Teflon Coating, Painting, etc.
